We want you to be confident in LeadRecover. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your initial subscription purchase and to subsequent renewals.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team through the application and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.
Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After the refund window
After the 30-day window, refunds are handled at our discretion in line with Paddle's Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription at any time from inside the application — cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
