1. Who we are
LeadRecover is operated by Ariel Wainer ("the Seller", "we", "us"). We act as the data controller for personal data processed through the service, which means we decide how and why your personal data is processed.

Payment-related data (card details, billing address, tax IDs) is collected directly by our payment provider Paddle and is not stored on our servers.
3. Who we share your data with
- Service providers and subprocessors — hosting, database, analytics, email delivery, and customer support tooling, acting under contract on our behalf.
- Paddle — our Merchant of Record for the sale of the product, subscription management, payments, tax compliance, and invoicing. Paddle acts as an independent controller for the payment data it collects. See Paddle's privacy notice.
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and similar advisers when needed.
- Authorities — where required by law, regulation, or legal process.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country of residence by us or our subprocessors. Where data is transferred from the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. After that, your data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. UK and EEA users also have the right to lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority. We aim to respond to verified requests within one month.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the support channel inside the application.
7. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege defaults. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep risks low.
8. Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary to operate the service (for example, to keep you logged in). We may also use limited analytics cookies to understand how the service is used. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
9. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be notified through the service or by email.
